Troubleshooting Tips

If you encounter issues during the first installation, it might be due to dust on the suction cups or an unsuitable installation surface. Clean the suction cups with warm water and dry them with a hair dryer. Then, test them on a smooth glass surface. If the suction adheres to the glass, it means the cups are clean, or the installation surface is not suitable for the suction cups. Try installing again or find a different location.
