Firstly, ensure the surface is thoroughly clean and dry before attaching your HASKO products. It's important to avoid sticking to grout lines.

Next, loosen the knob by turning it counterclockwise until the rubber base is flat, and then position the product into the slot in the cup. Note that the slot position is at the bottom of the disc.

If you encounter any issues during the initial installation, please wash the suction cup, dry it with a hair dryer, and test it on a smooth glass surface. If the suction holds, it means the initial wall may not be suitable for using the suction cup, so you should change the installation location or use the 3M Discs provided in the package.

The package includes 2x ADHESIVE MOUNTING DISCS to install your suction shower caddy on a rough surface. Suction will not work on porous or uneven surfaces, such as grout lines, cement walls, wood, porcelain, marble, wallpaper, natural stones (e.g., travertines), painted walls, and any other bumpy surfaces. In these cases, you'll need to use the 3M Discs first.

On the other hand, you don't need to use the "Adhesive mounting discs" if you have non-porous, smooth surfaces like smooth tile, glass, or mirror.
